Thank you for your interest in the Real Estate Deal & Acquisition Masterclass™ offered by Luther Ragsdale Real Estate Institute. We are committed to delivering a high-quality, results-focused educational experience and appreciate the trust you place in us when you enroll.
Please read the following policy carefully before completing your registration. By enrolling and submitting payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined below.
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the digital and live nature of our programs, all enrollment fees are non-refundable. Once your registration is processed and access to the Masterclass materials, live sessions, or replays has been granted, we are unable to issue refunds, credits, or transfers of any kind.
We encourage all prospective participants to review the full program description, schedule, and learning outcomes prior to enrolling to ensure this Masterclass is the right fit for your goals.
2. What Is Included in Your Enrollment
Your enrollment fee of $27 grants you access to:
Both live 2-day virtual Masterclass sessions (May 5th & 6th, 2026, 7:00 PM – 9:00 PM each night).
Live Q&A participation with Luther Ragsdale during both sessions.
Recorded replays of all sessions for your continued reference.
All supporting educational materials provided during the event.
3. Event Cancellation or Rescheduling
Luther Ragsdale Real Estate Institute reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or reschedule any live event due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to instructor illness, technical disruptions, or unforeseen emergencies.
In the event of a cancellation by us, registered participants will be offered the option to attend a rescheduled session at no additional cost.
In the event that a rescheduled session cannot reasonably accommodate a participant’s availability, we will review the matter on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. No-Show Policy
Registration fees are charged upon enrollment, regardless of attendance. Failure to attend either or both live sessions does not constitute grounds for a refund or credit. Replay access will remain available to all registered participants following the event.
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
We take unauthorized payment disputes seriously. If you initiate a chargeback with your financial institution without first contacting us to address your concern, we reserve the right to dispute the claim and provide documentation of your enrollment agreement and access to program materials.
If you have a question or concern regarding your payment or enrollment, we strongly encourage you to reach out to us directly before escalating to your payment provider. We are happy to address your concerns promptly.
6. Educational Disclaimer
